FAQ
What qualifies Sara Thornhill to help women heal from heartbreak?
As CEO of Sara Webb Says and founder of Queer Hearts Break Harder, my work is deeply informed by my certifications in Meditation, Integrated Attachment, Neurolinguistic Programming, Anxiety and Stress Management, Trauma-Release, Breathwork for both children and adults, and Yoga. These qualifications allow me to approach heartbreak coaching holistically, ensuring that I address the emotional and psychological well-being of my clients as they navigate their healing journeys.
Beyond the aforementioned credentials, I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree from LSU, and I’ve taught students across various levels, from preschoolers with special needs to middle and high school students in French and ESOL.
I have also been engaged 3 times and married (and now divorced) twice. The first engagement break was due to infidelity. I know how to cope with anxiety, stress, and loss. Big life changes deserve time and space for process and release.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy typically involves exploring past experiences in depth, reliving and trying to unpack the painful past. Coaching is more forward-facing, focusing on personal development and understanding oneself in order to accomplish personal goals and overall self-optimization.
How long are the sessions?
Sara’s private coaching sessions are 40 minutes each and take place via Zoom.
