In this episode with Hope Pedraza, the former Sara Webb, now Sara Thornhill, talks about the real power within, and how meditation changed the course of her life forever, helped her heal from trauma and finally live her truest self.

In Sara’s episode on the “Hopeful and Wholesome” podcast, Sara Thornhill (formerly Sara Webb) of SaraWebbSays, shares her journey of transformation through meditation and resilience coaching, designed to support women, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community, on their healing journeys. Sara, who also goes by Sara Webb, discusses how meditation became a pivotal tool for her own healing from trauma and self-discovery. She describes how these practices brought clarity and a profound inner calm, empowering her to face personal challenges and live authentically.

Throughout the episode, Sara Thornhill emphasizes her holistic approach to healing, highlighting the importance of mindfulness as a practical tool for processing emotions and reducing stress. She explains the core of her coaching philosophy: guiding clients to uncover the “power within.” Sara’s mission is to empower others to reclaim their lives post-heartbreak or after major life changes, equipping them with accessible techniques they can integrate into daily routines for stress management and overall well-being. The conversation touches on topics such as building a meditation practice, redefining self-care, and why internal healing is essential to overcoming external obstacles.
